Yeah! I’m excited an open event I can do and get more than under a dozen! Dead Lifts are one of my favorites and Box Jumps haunt me in my sleep, lol. I’m happy to see that step ups are allowed on this one.

My coach has me working hard, even though I may whine a little-I enjoy the challenges each new workout brings. I think I’ll find my inner Leprechaun and do this one on Monday morning!
