Milestones are what make each day sweeter. It is so fun and invigorating to train in the morning with athletes that have such drive and determination. Seeing them push hard on a daily basis makes me push harder and go heavier-no fear. This morning my 1RM became my 65%–that was huge!

Today I had way more energy than I did yesterday, I felt really good today. The AB at the end of the AM session sucked so hard, but I pushed through the burn and tried to be consistent on my numbers. The rows are good, on the last two I moved the damper to 6 from 5, faster times but for sure harder! I am tired this afternoon, looking forward to a big dinner, bath, and sleeping in.
