We each have different things which allows for times of calming and peacefulness. Maybe it’s a special chair in your house, a trail, or even just thoughts of something. For me its finding a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle, feeling the breeze, watching nature, and focusing on my breathing and letting the worries slip away. Even as I sit here and write this post I find myself closing my eyes and listening to the sounds around me.

I’m finding peace and contentment for where I am today. While I’d shut religion out of my life in the past few years I’m starting to find peace knowing that God has me wrapped in his hands and he has a plan for me!

I'd love your feedback!
